Not sure what was used in the raws to refer to Femme, but it could be the same sort of reason why we often end up with a female "Demon King." That's technically still a correct translation for "Maou," but we might go a step further and change it to Queen or Lord to make it sound better when the Maou in question isn't a dude. Before someone replies to this about it, yes, lord can apply to women. Queen Elizabeth is both the Lord of Mann and the Duke of Normandy as far as titles go, so they opted to not change those to Lady or Duchess respectively.
