thank you. I was wondering about this a few chapters ago. Although awakened people will probably be fine cuz magic. But do you know how low is too low? It's been a while for me, but I think gym goers usually hover talk about 10-15% body fat

Men require at least 3 percent body fat and women at least 12 percent in order for the body to function properly is what google said which I believe to be accurate as I knew male/female were different.

Oh yeah, you'd have to be either massive eating problems or bodybuilder to really warrent getting those low numbers though. I'm defo safe from being too low lol.
