Story is finished/axed as of Chapter 53 with pretty much every plot point ever left unresolved.
Would still give it a solid 7.5 out of 10 if not for the ending being a titanic-sized downer.
:notlikethis:

The story is pretty generic, but still fairly entertaining.
It's about MC being Isekai´d into a world very similar to a game he played.
MC is transmigrated without extra memories into the body of a murderer.
The murderer was sentenced to indentured/involuntary servitude for his crimes before MC took over.

What is interesting about this murder is that the one he killed was a party member, but also a transmigrated person, just like MC.
And later down the line, we learn that there are multiple underground organisations of transmigrated people in this world.
And transmigrated people are blamed for causing dungeon breaks/floods.
As the Dungeon Master, the final boss actively hunts them down if they do not dive into the dungeon for a while.
This seems to be automatic and is public knowledge, which causes the general public to kill transmigrators if found.

But the question about why MC is imprisoned in the first place is in itself a semi-unresolved plot point.
The victim is hinted at possibly being alive somewhere deeper in the dungeon.
( Granted, resurrection is possible in this world, even if it's somewhat limited )

:pepehmm:
MC has to use his game knowledge to earn his freedom back and recruit allies by diving into dungeons.
As the dungeon's final boss is his ticket to return to reality, it is also a social issue for the world itself.
And MC ends up with constant trouble; he usually ( but not always) is somewhat prepared to deal with.
:dogkek:

He recruits his first ally pretty early, and does get 2 more later on.
The last 15 or so introduce some IMO really interesting stuff.
Sadly, the story just ends there after his 2nd dungeon dive with his full party.
Leaving at least 6 different major plot points unresolved while they are preparing to dive deeper next time.
:fml:

What is worse is that it's pretty hard to find the novel, even if you want to keep reading the story....
