it's because she was a magic supplier and hey had all those ropes to extract her magic

it obviously isn't some kind of BDSM sort of thing, rather quite wholesome and kind of charming like most other manga like this where you know there's going to be a happy ending. If you aren't tired of witches, magic, and perilous death flags, I suggest you this manga.
