Idk if she actually has only 1 year to live, though. I mean I could be wrong, but lowkey I feel like MC has double the amount of "time" as normal people, since she technically has 2 lives running concurrently (same lifespan, just two timelines stacked on top of each other). Bayel/Baal may have taken the "time" from her other life.

Or she only has 1 year left lol idk I'm just spitballing
