The Weakest Occupation "Blacksmith," but It's Actually the Strongest - Ch. 153 - Decisive Battle

Was the spear turning into an eyeball monster a part of the sealing spell, meant to absorb the rest of her life? Or maybe the spell Yumine knew was a flawed version. Or was it something Aria did? Nevertheless, the sealing spell obviously wasn't good enough, so Yumine would have died for nothing.

I'm actually more interested in seeing how Phila and Relius's relationship will be after this. Especially if she learns stopping Relious would have been totally meaningless.

So... Call me crazy, but a mystic weapon that suck out your life in order to do a spell, wants more life than you got so the spell fails, turns pitch black, and sprouts a bazillion eyes... Are we sure these are sacred?I

Everything we knew about blacksmiths was wrong, so I'm increasingly iffy on these sacred weapons.

So, how many chapters left? Can't be many, seeing we're already at chapter 153, last light novel(third volume) was published back in 2020, and webnovel is on hiatus at chapter 112, likewise published back in 2020...

Thanks for the almost simultaneous upload!

I mentioned in the previous chapter that Yumine is about to make an unnecessary sacrifice and yep it was. Good thing Relius was quick to move; she would've had a useless death.

Snails call the pacing of this manga slow

Build her a fucking SSS+ rank chair so she can sit her fat ass down and just drop plot bombs to hurry this up

I'm guessing that whatever the original Hero party fought killed them all and possessed their Divine weapons, which are parts of their soul. The previous blacksmith made the Blue Stones to seal the evil and keep it from jumping from weapon to weapon, which prevented the evil from spreading.

Unfortunately he was unable to seal their body's movement as well, so the three of them were still able to cause damage as monster bosses.

Anyone else agree with me that if a chapter feels rushed, post it alongside another chapter or more to make it feel like you at least absorbed something from it?

Took me probably only 10 seconds to read through that chapter. Just not a fan of being blue-balled into another cliffhanger.

Regardless, thanks for the continuous chapters. Appreciate it with the good translations.

It looks like the spell failed because whatever is possessing the old Hero's body tried to hijack her spear.

Kinda funny to see that the sealing spell wouldn't have done shit anyway. I guess that's one way to resolve the ambiguity of whether Relius is doing the "right thing" or not.
