If author explicitly states that "this is the end", then we can use the "completed" and "final chapter" for title and "end" tag for the chapter,
else, if author explicitly states that "the series is going to hiatus" then we use "hiatus" for the title,
in all other cases it's better to just leave it on "ongoing"
