The worst manga u ever read

Hello!

With the confinement, I quickly finished all mangas I had on hold and planned to read. And, by scrolling through mangas and randomly selecting ones, I found that reading '' bad mangas'' was actually fun (Weird hobby). Seeing a manga so ridiculously bad that it' s funny, judging it, and getting surprised every chapter by how bad it can be... Aaah, that's the best.

So I'm here trying to find some of those mangas where the comment sections is full of insults and persons complaining about how bad it is. If possible, gimme a link with a brief summary of why it's bad (Without saying everything, discovering it by myself is important!), I would be rly grateful.

any manga that have the same trope where the author didn`t add anything new and just the same thing but then again maybe its just me since i mostly read slice of life , school life and comedy manga xddd but seriously tho i am ok with the same trope if the author add their own unique twist or characters that is never done before

I mostly like reading real life deaths than fictional death tho even though manga death is always interesting as you can see people get creative with death and that`s only thing that don`t suffer the same trope

Even though the topic says "worst manga", since your post asks for "bad manga", I took that to possibly include manhua/manhwa as well.
Pick almost any Chinese manhua with "God" "Emperor" "Divine" "Immortal" in its title at random.

These quotes generally apply:

MC gets/starts with OP powers relative to everyone else, quickly obtains a 10/10 love interest which expands into a harem, all the girls remain madly in love with the MC forever even though he shows zero interest in them, all the villains are badly written and kick puppies for fun and every arc is the MC basically making girls wet as more and more girls throw themselves at him.

It's all random, inconsistent and the plot is non-existent. As others have written, it's a power fantasy wish fulfillment: the MC is a damn Marty Stu!

dunno why but i enjoyed reading this even if it is not that new (i mean it's just ANOTHER mc overpowered with bullshit martial art background story but it is enjoyable)

Do note that some of them have some redeeming qualities, such as decent humor (intentional or unintentional), but it's best to go in with lowered expectations.

It's only 1 chap right now and it's just been posted like 20 minutes ago, but damn is it CURSED. I normally try to avoid reading overtly bad manga, but I naively thought it'd be a tragedy or something with a crippled son and a dad teaching him how to walk. Nope, it's like a shota-con, crossdressing, incest, yaoi thing which will thankfully only ever have 10 chapters if even.

I have others but I'd have to go through my list to find them (over 600 in my reading), also most manhua (chinese) are bad I found, manhwa (korean) tends to have better stuff, so take that as you may.

Aside: you know how good ratings mean nothing, but bad ratings mean it's real bad, well here is all manga sorted by rating lowest to highest (past all the 0 ratings): https://mangadex.org/titles/6/144/ you can look there if you are curious (it might change as new manga is added, but it should be around that position).

Thing I do: there's a lot of isekai out there, and if you ever feel like it, start reading like 15 or smt, then start trying to find the difference (make sure to always do middle rated or smt, they're all the same)

I don't know what is actually bad, cause like you, I enjoy reading bad stuff, it's just fun reading garbage. Also, make sure to stop when it starts going downhill, I have a tendency to not stop what I read (my dropped list has 2 entries, which are dropped cause no updates) so my idea of good and bad is really skewed.

Ore no genjitsu is one of my guilty pleasures i'm not gonna lie and say it isn't bad because it is but it just has this pull on me that keeps me coming back.
Anyways my pick for the worst manga i've read is Hoshino it was mediocre at best but then the ending just royally fucked everything up honestly this is such a waste of time I curse at myself for even thinking of it.

Those chinese stories are probably just not for you guys.
For exmaple "https://mangadex.org/title/45361/immortal-swordsman-in-the-reverse-world" has over 600k views, 15k+ follows and a 6.9rating (199 10star ratings). So the fault doesn't lie with the story but with your taste in manga/manhwa/manhua or whatever. But yeah for those chinese stories the novel is pretty much always much better.

https://mangadex.org/title/34625/rebirth-of-the-urban-immortal-cultivator even has a 7.7rating. So yeah. Not a bad story.

Even though https://mangadex.org/title/36192/ingoshima has only a 4.94rating, it has over 1kk views and 15.5k+ follows. How can the rating be that bad if a lot of people seem to like it.

@deedet "Brawling Go!" is probably one of the worst manhwa I've read. It's just an eunuch who goes hiking, gets bitten by a snake in this dingdong and the god of boner gives him a boner that he can't loose without the help of a female. And somehow that turns into a romance story with multiple women. (if I remember correctly) But the art is pretty nice tbh.

Solo leveling
The only stuffs that I hate are overhyped shits. I can take bad stuffs as a mere gag and have fun with it in normal cases, but when it's shit and people keep praising it… It's just painfully annoying to read…
I personally still enjoy smartphone isekai much more than solo leveling as bad as it is.

It'd be hard to come up with a definitive answer because I'd probably forget about a true "worst manga," but one that definitely comes to mind is Alice no 100° CC.
I don't even recommend checking it out. It's little more than a fetish comic and even then, it's not a particularly good one. The whole thing barely makes any sense and then it's over. Although I guess that could be one point in its favor - its extremely short at only 1 volume.

The only value in reading this one is "wtf" humor, which you're probably better off getting from somewhere else, lol.

@LoupDeGarou, well I enjoy cultivator in reverse world and only suggest the two manhua I did because of the glaring issues the two have: art and continuaty, things just happen in both of the them and the art is inconsistent and gets worst over time.so while some is a matter of taste, there can be "these are just bad" ones

@LoupDeGarou maybe my taste in manga is stopping me from having a objective point of view, but even so you can't deny the fact that almost all of them are stories without any deep, with exactly the same plot, a power ranking in mess ect. Of course, lot of people find that good but having fans doesn't necessarily mean being good. On the contrary, having a 6 star rating with that much views is not something to be proud of. What's more, taking rating into account is not a precise way to see whether it's good or bad, cuz the ones rating it are generally the one who liked it so :/

I read so much web novel so I can tell you that even novel's manhua are not that different from the serialized ones, sorry.

Of course, everyone got their tastes, but by being the most objective possible (nobody is perfectly neutral huh), I just find this bad : bad story, bad plot, back backround, bad characters, no sense in characters reactions, stereotyped vilains, stupid women falling in love for nothing.

Btw, manhua author are all amators in writing stories. Coincidence? Maybe
