I never liked open-ended endings over proper endings, but this right here is an example of how you do a proper open ended ending if you really feel like you want to make one. You resolve all important hanging plot threads first! (in the case of this manga, they did it by never really have any that were important to begin with)

Apparently, the original light & web novels are on hiatus. Maybe this series didn't receive enough support. That's unfortunate. I liked it a lot back when i first discovered it a few years ago. I was expecting it to at least have more novel chapters & volumes even if the manga was stopped abruptly. I hope that the author writes more stories & considers publishing extensions of this series.

I also like how this was not dragged out like other series does.
This was pretty light and not so serious imo, so I don't get why some are disappointed it ended so soon..

Well, I kinda? get them actually.. coz this was a fun read..
but makes me wonder, how will you drag out a series like this?
Perhaps introduce bunch of characters, not bad but idk, it will only feel a bit stretched out and we end up with like a bunch of them, some of which are not even related or just being forced to relate to the series..
Back stories are ok too, but not to the point of overdoing them making the atmosphere of the manga heavy or like being overdramatic..

Yeah idkk, I maybe just thinking too much.
