Of the three, this one has the better first page: "Even though you're a girl, it seems I've fallen in love with you." as opposed to the more grammatically dubious "You, even as a woman, have made me fall in love with you" and "It seems that, you, even as a girl, have made me fall in love with you."
On the other hand, in this one, the translator had Outsuka not calling Renako by her first name when they're introduced, even though the fact that she was supposed to do that was raised in the next panel.
So, eh. Neither is perfect.
