Pretty sure the 100 days thing in this case is referring to Hata's days in reality, where it'll take 100 days for this manga to conclude. Doesn't mean that 100 days will elapse in the manga itself, just 100 out of it.

@Bobbosauro I may be mistaken, but as far as I know, Japanese people write the app LINE with Roman characters, not Katakana. Perhaps why the translation went as such?

@DesRa3 the official logo is LINE but people refer to it as ライン too, like when they don't want to switch from Japanese to roman input using katakana is simpler.
