The extra short pair in the front are not 'legs', those would be the chelicerae that in spiders evolved into their fangs. It is actually correct, unless you mean the arms she has on the human bit. Would look kind of awkward without those.

1. In X, it was revealed that they are childhood friends (sorta). The moth's parents are close friends of the Ikedas

2. The moth's mom tried to set up her daughter with the younger brother of Miharu, but failed. Taya and Haru had a son. Pyonko said they can have 4, so expect there are 2 more spider siblings, aside from Miharu and her younger brother

I'm guessing all the people at the mixer at the mixer are college aged and probably attend different universities so the delivery job is probably a part time job she can do while being a student
