"get fucked" at root means to go have sexual relations with oneself, to go off, strap oneself in one's abode and "have sex with oneself" as an extension of sex in this way being viewed in a negative fashion (selfish/narcissistic). Similar phrases include, "Go die." "Go kill yourself" "fuck off", etc. What the person usually means in modern vernacular is "please either start acting civilly/stop harming people or go away. If you want to participate in this group activity (where the aspect of "sex" comes in from the original meaning---failing to act healthily in a group setting vs doing something only for oneself), then start acting like it instead of acting like you're only here for yourself/for your own gratification." "Fuck them up." is an extension of the physical aspects of rape & battery, specifically the battery. In other words, "beat them within an inch of their life". Commonly not used to its literal extremes (a form of hyperbole), "fuck them up/beat them up/beat the shit out of them" are examples of idioms---that gravely complex term that causes problems for translators everywhere.
