@criver Not necessarily. Open headphones and earphones leak a lot of sound even when at medium loudness but give you a much better stage and sound clarity. They are usually not recommended for commutes though as the wearer can bother people nearby.

@Yourself The bubbles are in that specific shape for a reason. Open headphones may be leaking sound, but they do not blast extremely loud at a reasonable distance, unless you're destroying your ears at max volume. She's either already semi-deaf or will be at some point.
