In one panel her eyes are on the side of her head

Is this one of those situations where the main artists drops out and the backup/assistant artist inadequately tries to fill the vacancy?
Cause that would suck, the art was good.

Art's always been simplistic when it came to outlines, almost looks like colored lineart, check previous chapters to compare, especially more recent ones.
Only wide shots had detail, like when the guy is half-naked in this chapter.
There are no backup assistants, this is a single artist.
