Hinako's suicidal idealization still being this strong really must cut deep for Shiori and Miko, though I do have to appreciate her depression and PTSD as not being blown over by just realising she's loved, they're truly serious problems to have and she hasn't ever really had the support to deal with it. All this time she's been romanticising the idea of finally joining her family through something outside of her own means and with Shiori representing both a reason to stay and her way to leave, it's obviously causing a lot of emotional distress to Hinako.
I also really love the expression work this chapter, Shiori's smile in the bottom left of page 34 is a pretty good mix of both pain and acceptance, and that last page is especially well-drawn, what a beautiful shot of Shiori.
As much as I'd like to hope they could change the promise, I feel it's been established as a certainty by now, so it's best to instead enjoy what time we have left.
