Oooh, I'm really starting to hate the butler guy. I feel like he's the main villain and is pretty much just using the queen for his own means, what those are? I have no idea. However, I do hope they both get brutally destroyed and smooshed under heavy ass shoes.

I am invested in how Canaria continues to walk the line between serving the Empress and her own goals. But I have to admit 80% of my interest in this is how much the artist clearly loves to draw and color a variety of clothes. I stare at the panels for a lot longer than the plot needs. I don't care that the style of the temple is completely jarring from the rest of the story, it's so preeeeettttttttyyyyyyyyyyy.

What if it’s not really poisoned? This method of telling her that the drink has poison will let them know if she’s sided with Cesar if:
A. Cesar doesn’t drink the wine
B. Cesar acts poisoned after drinking

If Ceasar's immune to poison, I'm not sure what Queen wanted to accomplish through this test. Like, as soon as you find out he's immune to poison, of course you expect that he'll drink it anyway to deceive the Queen and protect Canaria? I'm confused.

@Confused it's not that she's dumb about love, she's just afraid with her life if she change the story more. Bcs, if she choose the wrong path, she might die (again). She thought it's better to get divorce and leave peacefully. But now, she's accept caesar love and gonna do whatever it takes to win against the queen.

@gum_rummy I'm not sure if Canaria is technically supposed to know about Ceasar's poison resistance, so as far as the Queen knows Canaria thinks she's about to help play a part in killing Ceasar.
Still, as Canaria pointed out, the poison would cause Ceasar pain, so his collapsing would still make sense if there was actual poison in the wine. I hope Ceasar at least had some foresight to wait if there was poison in the wine to "put on a show". Regardless, there does seem to be a lot of holes in the plan, and I hope the author can fill them in as needed.
