She looked normal in the first chapter then turned into a retard in the second one, I'll accept shellshock crazy spending for a few chapters but not more.
Japanese people and their not getting insurance unless they have to kill themselves....this manga have a rocky start, I doubt rich people able to spend 200,000 yen on ONE meal would not have some money in the bank or a second house.
