Actually an intriguing premise for once. A perfectly average, fallible MC without some sort of superpowers, unique lineage, or an unshakeable conviction. Meta-commentary on Jump and the industry. Lots of opportunities to direct the story every which way. Not a single boob joke or panty shot!

I hope it does well.

This manga's premise relies on One Piece finishing within the next decade.

It has potential. Bakuman was something I liked for its meta-commentary and this has that (probably won't end up being as good at it, doesn't need to be) and an interesting premise.

Won't be the first series to break my heart if it goes to shit though.

This is pretty cool. I'm glad it doesn't seem like there's any bad blood between the Aino and Teppei. Let's see how it progresses from here.

The least believable thing about this manga is that One Piece is not still running 10 years from now.

Also, couldn't they come up with a more interesting concept for a hit manga than another Maou-Yuusha story?

This premise is actually really good. Some character flaws here and there but I'm actually curious on how the author is going to stretch this out if it doesn't get axed.
