Title. I've tried searching myself, but it's been a few years. This is what I remember:

• old, lonely lady is lying on her deathbed and has regrets about leading a boring life, having been studious but not sociable. Wishes she could relive her high school experience as a young girl
• wakes up as a young girl
• there's a male love interest who's also a cat
• some paintings in cat dude's attic/storage room are kept covered up
• female antagonist is kept banished in the paintings (?)
