Ugghh this happens in pretty much every "artistic" kind of job from cooking to whatever sht, actually pretty everything isnt it. It would have been much fckn easier to actually teach the newbie and not fckin grill for stupidly for a long ass fkin time. You think just putting on more pressure and acting as if your god will makes you better and also teaches the newbie? Be real. What a waste of money and time.for your stupid power trip.

Be fkin smarter and ... Wiser hahaha i thought you the teacher was supposed to be the wiser one.

Thank you so much for picking it up and translating it. I was suffering really bad from withdrawal symptoms when Infernal Void dropped it (I think)...

I keep disliking the young actress 😭😭 and i can’t get why they chose her if she’s so inexperienced in theatre… I mean, they chose a girl who knows how to play in dramas as the main lead for a theatre play… like why? The playwright saw the mc’s skills in theatre so he knew he was good but it’s not the case for her, she has to learn It yet! I can’t believe there wasn’t a young theatre actress who could fit the part better… so I suppose the author wants her as the love interest 😭😭

I noticed this from watching Seiyuu no Uraomote as well. It's like the producers and seniors are allergic to giving clearcut advice. One can argue that it'll help the newbie grow in their own unique direction, but I think on a time crunch you'd be better served telling them what to fix directly instead of wasting their time as well as yours.
