@mirp448 Because this is actually a yakuza film under with a school setting vignette. They don't say this, but the main characters are all insane and think they're in a school, when really they're working as sleeper agents for the SDF. The teachers are actually government officials and SDF higher-ups, working under the table to keep the "boxing club" contained, which is why they take so little direct action. And the 50 people Fukatsu punched... Well, let's just say that a hitman who can't recognise their target isn't the most efficient in terms of collateral damage.
