I am not a contributor so I am unable to put some links to official ENG translations of certain chinese manhuas so should I contact someone?

I've added the English links for the first two. Not sure, but I think you're supposed to report the page to add links.
About the rest, I don't know enough about the titles to add them, maybe someone else can?

To request an edit to an existing “Title” page, click the gold-flag button on that page. It might take several hours for the edit to be effected, assuming that an administrator agrees.

Search for a manga/manhwa/manhua using a native-language title. Use the gold-flag button to suggests alternative titles if you find them in use.

You can create wholly new “Title” pages for comics that have none. Please be organized and double-check your information before beginning; you won't be able yourself to edit the results after the first saving of the page.
