i hope their last moments are revealed next chapter, at the moment they seem more like plot devices than characters the way it was set up from the beginning for them to die so fushi could take their forms. none of them have had satisfying character arcs. i'm wondering if bon or march will finally tell fushi about his ability to revive the dead so those three can be up and fighting again, this is a crucial moment after all.

I think their offscreen deaths gives it away that they will be resurrected. Either Bon tells Fushi out of necessity or Fushi finds March, then Fushi will resurrect some or every dead companion over the course of the series to turn the tide of the battle, including these three.
