This is the start of the second year, when she's had her growth sprout but before Mikoto and Kuroko became roommates.

That's really crazy considering she was still flat and short in NT11 which takes place during the summer. So all that happened in like a month.

It is theorized that she used her powers on herself to stimulate her growth, which would explain the sudden nice body-fication.

Damn Misaka with manic eyes? She definitely was bored and was searching for a way to use her full strength xD She really is a battle maniac through and through (though at least she does have morals which is why she tends to hold back when it comes to humans)
Kiyoshi coming in? Though next is the epilogue so.. I guess we'll find out how Kiyoshi leaves I really hope she comes back and Misaka can hang out with her.. since it wouldn't have even been a year since they separated so Misaka definitely wouldn't have forgotten about her!
