Uhhuh. Well, it's a game event, so obviously the sharks are just spawning out of bounds and swimming to the Sahaguin territory. However, since it's an event to save the Sahaguin, there has to be a limit to the sharks respawning, after which the event is over and the players participating probably get a reward. Of course the other possibility is that there's some kind of shark king boss monster that needs to be defeated to make the shark waves stop. Isn't this pretty much what players would assume?
