@412001 If you want cute and wholesome romance mangas like this one, then I'd suggest Tonikaku Kawaii it also has an anime that is currently airing this fall 2020, but the manga is also very good, it is the best you'll be able to find. There is also Haikei... Koroshiya-san to Kekkon Shimashita. And also try giving My Tiny Senpai From Work a read, it's pretty wholesome as well.

@burningknuckle: You do realize that almost all mangaka are consistent with their art, right? Anyway, it's just how she's drawn. They're semi-sweaty to indicate nervousness and awkwardness but their eyes are drawn teary-like because that's just their art style. They still look like that even when they're elated and happy with no tears. Since the art is too annoying for you, it might be best to keep it dropped.
