Well, this turned... interesting. Pretty much date rape, except that it wasn't the purpose of her drugging him, and he's been yelling about wanting sex with her the entire manga so far. That makes it fall into questionable consent the way I see it. The question being how far his constant, "I want to have sex with you," gives consent for this particular situation. But there's no question she's entirely responsible for it.

I wonder if she'd have done it if he hadn't been so vocal about wanting it. But then she'd probably be dead anyway.
