The issue with that is that would require it to be something the “injured” party would dislike. Yes is 99% of other contexts this would be a character destroying moment, but in this case MC has repeatedly told her he wants to have sex with her and When he finds out I imagine his only thought will be “So she’s willing to have sex with me?! Awesome!”. Hell I’m not even gonna call it unrealistic, you’d be hard pressed to find a guy in the same situation who’d be genuinely upset if the girl he loves has sex with him, even if he was unconscious, let alone want to press charges or anything.
