As much as how happy I am with how the story right now, I can't help but get anxious about their happiness. Kotori's father was exactly happy like this up to the point before his wife passed away. I can't help but get anxious about something the author might be plotting for Yuuki and Kotori now.

That old life was pretty miserable to be honest. I'm glad Yuuki found Kotori! Their lives together is so cute. A lot of suffering followed by this kind lifestyle must feel amazing. Yuuki lives for Kotori, and Kotori lives for Yuuki. And now that they're going to the same school, they'll spend so much more time together.

The mom looked so happy to see that her son had finally found something in life!

Bringing a girl inside the house and making grandchildren. I suppose she should be happy. But don't watch.

So the manga is completed, and it doesn't look like this is being translated anymore, so I took at look at the raws, and... alright I guess.

Spoiler: Remaining story

The story between Yuki & Kotori wraps up here and they kinda fade into the background, and only appear once or twice as sort of cameos. The remaining 10 or so chapters seem to focus entirely on Shouko and Ryouta. Shouko slims way down in the final chapter.
