idk it seems like Lily fell in love with Soujirou or maybe what she's feeling is actually affection for saving her since Soujirou gave her freedom and care. Soijirou though, knows he likes taking care of Lily amd enjoys getting new reactions from her, which he's kind of a father figure. Flashforward when Lily gets legal and I'll consider the romance tag.
