The issue is that there is no author-given numbering, so different scanlation groups were/are making up the previous numbering and were doing so inconsistently. Some chapters were included that fit but aren't explicitly labelled “Today's Doodle”. Other chapters were skipped. By using the dates, how to order things becomes objective and the series becomes easy to add to for new groups. No more trying to align with the other groups inconsistently. It's not the prettiest, but this was the best solution.thx for the TL. but can we have normal chapter number?
