I agree with this. The chapter did a good job not need to explain every little thing. They are senpai and kouhai. One teases the other. That's all. We'll prolly figure out more in time.

Interesting art style. She seems like a total mess in a way that somehow strikes me as both relatable and depressing. Alcoholic, desperate for attention, and enjoys acting like a cute ditz and … how do I put this… extracting complaints from the stern guy? Like, she likes being looked at with some amount of disappointment/annoyance by the Serious guy who Knows What’s Right. She likes being “hopeless” (in a “cute” way) and being taken care of by someone who projects longsuffering competence and seriousness. That’s how she comes across to me, and I’m probably projecting lol.

Anyway I wonder if this story will just treat her as “fine” (just a silly character in a silly story) or if it’ll explore her issues.
