Interesting art style. She seems like a total mess in a way that somehow strikes me as both relatable and depressing. Alcoholic, desperate for attention, and enjoys acting like a cute ditz and … how do I put this… extracting complaints from the stern guy? Like, she likes being looked at with some amount of disappointment/annoyance by the Serious guy who Knows What’s Right. She likes being “hopeless” (in a “cute” way) and being taken care of by someone who projects longsuffering competence and seriousness. That’s how she comes across to me, and I’m probably projecting lol.
Anyway I wonder if this story will just treat her as “fine” (just a silly character in a silly story) or if it’ll explore her issues.
