Toggle Data Saver for a Single Chapter Fast

Sometimes you don't feel bothered enough to go directly to the user settings to just turn on an option that you will disable after a short period of time. So have a button to turn it on and off directly on the reader's side bar will be really convenient.

Imagine your trying to read a manga, where the group uploaded big png and it just happens, that your Internet in that moment is ass.

Then click the button. Boom, the chapter loaded much faster thanks to data saver.
