My Coping is that she meant poisoning the supplies of the Soldiers and not the civilians.

She isn't exactly being blackmailed, she said her class grants her power in accordance to the will of whoever she pledges loyalty to, which in that case was the king she chose.

And she didn't say they'll destroy the village ever, but in the beginning we were shown she was adopted by the village and she wants to repay them, which she is kinda going the wrong way about.

The Mc doesn't know of any blackmailing or whatever, since not even we were shown any of that sort, he was shocked himself, when he heard of the poisoning and her having fought with Eris, in his eyes she's fighting of her own freewill, which is kinda also why he didn't go back there so far (by what it looks like).
