poor rin.. and too bad to the younger sister too huh.. weakness to garlic.. that kinda lot of food varieties out to the trash bin..
it would be funny if the older brother is religious.. coz his weakness is holy water.. kek..
If she took her mask off the second she was through the door and was like "sorry I have a very serious medical condition where I can't be exposed to sunlight" she probably could have done her business at the bank.
My guess would be whether or not their blood contains enough of the primary chemicals of garlic (probably allicin or its two related chemicals) to cause a reaction. Which, since that does some nasty stuff to red blood cells and is typically broken down by the liver, there should be zero in a normal person. (I guess munching on Veggievorn might be a bad idea?)
I don't see how anyone could think Rin got the worst weakness. Yeah, it's inconvenient, but it's not like avoiding the sun is something I need an incentive to do already.
Not being able to eat garlic, though? Utter misery.
Right? If you can't eat garlic why even bother being alive? I mean, other than the "we can't actually seem to die for real and just transform into bats for a while" thing she has going on. Does her entire family share a more permanently lethal weakness or something? Anyway, tangent aside, some of the best foods are only in their optimal form thanks to garlic.
