Mizore lost her Frozen Fortress, parting is such sweet sorrow. I liked how concerned Himari was for Mizore's safety, came up with the cooler on wheels for her and everything, such a good girl. The new fridge came right in time for the power outage, but damn that was a nice looking fridge, Koharu's business must be booming!

I'm pretty sure the "Completely Forgotten" is just referring to the fact that she completely melted before in chapter 14 and she was fine, but everyone completely forgot and was worrying about her melting again for no reason.

Seconding this. I think it's supposed to be in the first person, "I completely forgot". Japanese can be tricky with subjects, since it's usually left implied.
