This manga feels more like a gag story than having an actual plot and developments. Which is fine, but the concept barely works and MC is incredibly dull. I honestly just wish for some intense drama or smth, this is SO boring to read.

Honestly… I want him to meet another girl and just move on. In real life I’ve had female roommates that were just that roommates. I don’t even blame the guy at this point cause the girl is sending mixed signals. She’s had a boyfriend before that lived with her so she’s not some naive virgin, she’s got to know that what she’s doing is implying a lot. The guy lives here and works with her at a job where her opinion means a lot more than his. Japan is known for being harsh in the career department, if he does anything that she doesn’t reciprocate it could cost him his living and career situation. The girl is indulging in a fluffer at the moment (a person who fulfills the role of a boy/girlfriend but without the perks)….anyways I’m still here and still reading but I wanted to vent for a moment.

I feel like they've been sleeping in the same bed long enough that there should be a little less "will they won't they" going on. I just want them to decide what the relationship between them is. I literally do not care if they're roommates, partners, friends with benefits, mortal enemies, whatever. But for the love of god, choose something.

Oh cmon now the last chapter was pretty great. We’re not gonna get 5 date chapters in a row. We all know how most romcoms work

well usually the chapters stack up by giving situations that then develope into some sort of achievement "first hug", "first time holding hands", "calling out each other by first name" and etc. now these then are some sort of progress thats kept (both characters aknowledge that was something that brought them closer etc.) and they then approach the next one over some more chapters.
This series did not have any of these progresses so far... like yes they hug or cuddle, but thats always just the FMC doing it and its never properly aknowledged by the MC, which means its always a one time thing rather than consistent progress. Like next chapter its just completely forgotten. Whats even more frustrating is that we don't get a good enough view into his or her feelings. Like the author could literally pass her as just being clumsy rather than in love if he wanted to.

the point is there was no progress. MC is still not even close to aknowledging he loves her and he won't even react no matter what she does. A brick wall would make more advances than this guy. So no last chapter was not really great cus the progress was just completely forgotten/ignored and no thats not how most romcoms work, usually they would now fuss about the thing that happened last chapter for 5 more chapters till something else happens, this one just forgets it
