Don't worry, the Japanese comments aren't any happier about how much they've been bickering. Bickering isn't even a good word because Misono has been pretty chill while Asuna has been constantly anxious. Maybe it's just me but I don't blame Misono for almost any of this stuff, though some of the Japanese fans feel differently.

Misono has been upfront about her feelings since they started dating officially. It's Asuna that's being all overthinking overanalyzing over everything. I've seen the raws and I shall refrain from saying anything further

Ahh I love when the manga keeps going but the author can't think of anything decent to write so we get cyclical jealousy and miscommunication arcs over and over. A classic Kase-sanlike

I mean I kind of get it if only because she did ask about it to her directly.
She just feels like she needs someone to talk sense into her that's outside of the situation.
It's not like she can talk to her friends about it when she isn't out to them.

I too have seen the raws and, yeah. I said before I felt it was half-way between some surprisingly well-observed character beats but without much evidence the author had any serious plan, and I still feel like that. The comparison with Kase-san is kinda apt because I feel much the same about that one - I'd say I "like" it, and I think it has some great moments, but at the same time I can very much live without it.

I don't mind continuing if nobody else steps in (it's all good practice) but I think after reading about the paywalled spinoff and Japanese fan reactions I really am going to have to properly slow down on this one at some point (like give myself a week between chapters at least) because I'm just not quite as into it as I first was. I've got RL things to think about and I also want to try other series that either nobody's taken or they've dropped (have been trying, even, I've got a few uploads more or less finished, just tweaking here and there).

I've got up to 41 done, though, FWIW, so those are ready to go, and I've started 42. Again, if nobody else steps in I'll still keep going, just be aware at some point it is definitely going to be a while longer between any more of it.

What is this paywalled spinoff about? Do you mean the erotic version or the afterstory on Fanbox?

Yep, when the previous jealousy arc started I hoped that this manga wouldn't turn into another "Yamada to Kase-san" disaster and now I'm much more worried. It can still be salvaged with leaning into Asuna having anxiety or maybe some other way, but things are not looking good.
