I mean they're not Kaneki REALLY.

• Doubt they were tortured to increase the RC cell pathways since their hair's black
• They aren't full kakujas unless Kanou has a 100's of ghouls for each one of them to cannibalize
• They never trained martial arts (Kaneki did after getting his ass kicked by Shachi)
• Going back to torture, they surely don't have Kaneki's apathy to pain, which lets him fight freely
• They never ate Eto's gift, her kakuja and got a significant boost from it
• They were never trained by Arima and compared to his level
• And they don't have Kaneki's experience

Literally just kid kaneki's with better beginner's control of Rize's kagune.
