This chapter shows the hypocrisy of ccg and humans really well. Members of the ccg didn't protest openly against oggai, or when they literally WORE GHOULS AS ARMOR, but when it's a full ghoul then it's a problem. People like kano, kaneki, nagachika, the human organization that supports ghoul, etc are so necessary for one simple reason; they push the boundaries of societies normals. They aren't afraid of change. They can see past stereotypes like "ghouls are bad" and form their own opinions on what is right. I think :Re has been messy, but it's a beautiful messy. My fav manga ever
