When her stupid decisions can get everyone killed I cant but blame her.
Like seriously, that's the fucking building of the guys that want to kill them and there's a fucking detector for ghouls just right there.
They also didn't learn anything useful. Only made it even clearer (for the readers) how the investigators don't consider Ghouls as remotely human and will kill them indiscriminately... Something we also already knew.
