If Tomo still had her Prince Suit on, there would have been a lot of nose bleed, a lot of ovaries explosion and a lot of people questionning their sexuality.
Apparently, lesbian characters written recently by Marvel Comics are pretty annoying. From what I read, it seems like real life lesbians say they don't act like that.
With that said, I haven't read any of the recent comics done by Marvel since I'm mostly into manga, so I don't claim to be an expert on this.
@Someguy I follow them only so far as seeing the cringe inducing stuff through other people. The characters that are causing issues are the ones who's entire characterization can be summed up as "I am gay. I am (insert other minority groupings). I am perfection. Take that strawman racist sexist straight white guys!" When they avoid doing that they're generally fairly decent, supposedly.
Annoying manga lesbians tend to be just exceptionally angsty, even if they don't really have any real reason to be. Awful, but better than being designed to intentionally piss people off. The world needs more Kase-san type stuff and a whole lot less Citrus type stuff.
You look into it too much, since they are not lesbian...
They just see tomo as a guy (with maybe the added bonus that she's not).
And it's the admiration you have for an idol or something, not love.
So... keep the lgbt debacles out of here, will ya?
