Note on "A Tiny Rival" - Aki in Akiko sounds like "Fall" so the other girls are getting it wrong by using other seasons in the front of the name. "Natsu" is Summer, and "Haru" is spring. So instead of "Fall"-ko, they're calling her "Summer" and "Spring"-ko instead.

The Gori-senpai scene is basically the normal reaction people have to that web-manga My Senpai is Annoying, to the couple with crazy size-difference.

Also I kinda feel like it was a waste not to introduce this little sister character before, since the actual pace was going nowhere and a romantic rival (even if just comedic) usually helps speed things up.
