No, not rushed, just extraordinarily stupid (boring, assinine, ridiculous, uninspired, etc., etc.).

I do have to wonder what you consider rushed. Jun confessed like a hundred pages ago, they had a date and then he first mentioned this current plot point about 40 pages ago. Should this really be dragged out even longer?

Going from the end of the decisive fight to the presumably last page is rushed. And there's series out there now that show really well that a series shouldn't have to end with two people getting together, there's a fuckton of decent stuff to write after that. We waited for years to see these doofballs get together, at least allow us to enjoy it for a while.
There's also just the page quality. None of these multipage dumps feel like Tomo pages, but they're aslo not exactly great as chapter pages. It does feel like writing quality went out of the window to just finish the final plot point in the exact right number of pages, which also makes it feel rushed much like the final chapter(s) of an axed manga.

Your dad shouldn't decide who you're going out with, Tomo should have beaten her dad instead and told him she's going with whoever she wants. The old "you're not going out with a guy who can't beat me" is old fashionned and absolutely ridiculous and should have been treated as such to me.

So... Tomo, our Tomo, who can beat both of these fool men, just stands on the sidelines and lets Jun do...whatever this is? What? I'm honestly disappointed. After all of the stuff she did by herself and in her own power, she just lets this whole decision come down to Jun and her father? She lets herself be the girl whose fate is determined by a bunch of dudes duking it out? You can't tell me this is the same Tomo. Absolutely not.
