If you click on the group name you can block them, which will stop you from seeing their updates.

However generally speaking once the official translation gets linked here the series will stop updating, as most groups don't want to be seen actively competing with the publisher.

This series for instance is already translated up to chapter 37 on MangaUP so no one can even pretend that they're translating chapters that don't exist officially.
