To be honest. The pace is solid and makes sense.
What I hate is when a slow pace seems forced, with is not the case.
The MC really have low social skills and not of the like bad social skills but is a social skill god and now every most popular girl love him.
And the FMC it's totally aloof and just have cats in her head

I love this chapter showing Nekozane's growth to take initiative after her realization last chapter. I love continuity, especially when it comes to character development and Nekozane shows it splendidly this chapter! Seno's jumpscare and artistic skills being a bonus XD
