This is seriously a really good romance/drama manga. I was at first worried about it being just some shota crap with a bunch of fan service but god damn! Its a really heartwarming and well paced story of a 13yo boy with quite apparant autism, finding his first love in the complicated girl next door who is 16. They bond over movies as he learns how to pick up on more social ques and emotions by watching these movies with her and their charcters really play off of each ofger super well. Its honestly really good and hope no one is going avoid this because they think its a crappy shota story like i did. Totally reccommend this!

I seriously need more of this. Don't really expect this every week but when I see it, holy do I get excited and for good reason. How this manga so simply but amazing progresses in what feels like a short amount of time makes every chapter exciting to read, is wonderful. It isn't too dramatic or short, but long enough to have fun and develope/explore the characters. Although our protagonist here is a very blunt young man, the manga doesn't feel forced or uncomfortable as he learns more about our heroine of the story. Love the author and great thanks to the translator, MaCl0wSt, for the frequent uploads (and seemingly good translations to my feeble brain dispite the disclaimer at the top) and hopefully we never run out of raws because the author's other popular and great manga, Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta, updates and progresses incredibly slowly. Anyways, 10/10 love this series way too much and once again thanks to the translator because pumping out this many chapters by yourself is amazing and please continue to do so! (This is my first and probably only post to the forum bc I love this)

wow.... this is incredible. I've recently got back into reading romance novels, books, and manga(I love them). This story is really freaking good, and I see that the update times are quick. I'm glad. I am extremely excited to see where this all goes:)

Fantastic series. Not gimmicky or formulaic like other romcom series but a genuine, earnest, honest and innocent look at first love and what it means to understand your partner.

This is pretty good. On one aspect, I sort of ignored the synopsis and went into it thinking things would go one way but after reading it I kinda get it.
I'm autistic so it was kinda refreshing to see something along the lines of the MMC "maturing," and having the MMC find the anime movie easier to understand also meshes well with my own experience.
Thank you to whoever is translating this, please keep it up and let me know if there's any way that outside help can either speed things up or make it a bit easier on y'all.

Definitely looking forward to more of this story!

i would like to see this series dig a bit further into film-- though I wouldn't want it to end up becoming an ultra-nerdy schematics explanation that ends up distracting from the characters.

I love The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses and before reading it,I was afraid that this work could be of poorer quality. I'm glad that's not the case. This is a very nice manga, one of those titles that make you forget about the bad days.
Thanks to the translator for choosing it!

NONONONONONONONONO!!!!!!! COMPLETED?!?!????!!!

HOW CAN IT BE COMPLETED IF THERES STILL A “FINAL CHAPTER” COMING. BESIDES THAT HOW CAN IT EVEN END NOW (T.T)

edit: kinda happy with the ending, but I’m left so unfulfilled, I guess I’ll wait for the epilogue :/ this definitely deserves an adaptation way more than goofy always forgetting glasses girl. Thx to the translators for your work🫶🏼
