wow, the artist really nailed the anti-Shimizu in Seto's design, there.

I'm sure her personality will be the complete mirror, as well, just to make life even harder for our heroine.

The male characters in these types of manga only exist as plot devices to advance or interfere with the main couple (and maybe a secondary couple). Nobody cares about them. In works where they actually matter (like shounen battle manga) they are quite distinct.
